1. What Costco needs ／ Costco 要什么

Costco displays go from pallet to store floor with no extra work. They must be strong, clear and fast to set up.

  • Pallet 栈板：48″ × 40″ block pallet, no overhang／块式栈板，产品不可超出
  • Height 高度：≤ 58″ in store; ≤ 52″ to double-stack／卖场 ≤ 58 吋，双层运输 ≤ 52 吋
  • Display 陈列：no-touch, shop from 3 sides／到店即卖，三面取货

4. Design → Make → Check → Ship ／ 设计到出货

  1. Design: each PDQ is designed for your product and Costco’s rules. Fast samples.／依产品与 Costco 要求设计，快速打样。
  2. Make & test: produced and checked at the factory.／工厂生产、品检与测试。
  3. Pack: loaded at the factory, shelf-ready on arrival.／工厂装货，到店即上架。

6. New Costco rules ／ Costco 新版标准

Costco has raised its chemical requirements for packaging. Most factories struggle with fluorine and phthalates; ZEO controls both with selected paper sources and a special process. Read more.
